Case Lube

For rifle brass, you must lube the cases before sizing. Use the nest quality case lube you can get. Use Imperial Die Wax, or any reasonable equivalent.

If you can source pure anhydrous lanolin, buy one kilo and you're set for life. The small 223 Remington needs the best quality case lube, it is the most difficult to resize.

Stay away from spray on lubes like these below for rifle brass. Spray works well for pistol brass, rifle brass is much more serious and needs more serious lube.

Don't try to save money - buy the right stuff, use it properly, and avoid problems. Rifle brass is too expensive to use inappropriate case lube.
