At this point it looks like the press is ready to reload, but actually there are still bits missing, the press is incomplete.

The pre-crimp and crimp dies are much wider than the hull, so it's not possible to center the hull in the die. Also, there is no hard stop on the downstroke, so there's no reference where the crimp ends.

At this point I took out a pen and paper, measured the dies, and tried to come up with parts that are abviously missing.
